Bacupari is a table lamp with glass globes trapped at the end of a bronze arm. Systematically, the glass blower begins by “ceuiller” his molten glass from the kiln pot. He dips the tip of his cane and brings it out with a moving ball. This glass "poste" ,as it is called, is not completely round and symmetrical; it lives, changes form and state. The shape of the globes is inspired by the choreography that the glassmaker repeats every day. The breath releases the naturalness of the molten glass giving slightly random, different, uncontrollable shapes.
