Hudson Armoire

The Hudson armoire is designed and finished by hand in Morgan Clayhall's Toronto studio.

The armoire consists of multi-layer of mix media to achieve the randomness of the movement in the artwork. Murray then adds his signature graffiti scriptures words, overlapping letters, highlights, shadows, variety in line weights and paint drips.

The artist also uses a technique called, Sgraffito effect in the design, by scratching words into the layers of the artwork / paint. It is then sealed in a gloss resin.
