Hamada Cabinet
Hamada, which means arid land in Arabic, inspired to Jean-Luc Le Mounier a whole collection based on the aesthetics of the cracked rocky plateaus of the Saharan deserts
This delicate and precious decoration was staged on the furniture using the ancestral technique of enamelling on copper
Thin copper sheets are covered with black crystal (enamel) by successive steps of cooking at very high temperatures - Then, like a jewel, they are covered with platinum
The furniture, whose interior is made of Satin wood, consists of two doors opening on each side of the central part, containing three large drawers and a small precious box
All JLLM pieces are made to order (please enquire)
