The Táas Collection pays homage to the techniques and objects of Mesoamerican metalworking. “Táas” comes from a pre-Hispanic word that alludes to the act of cutting and perforating materials, connecting ancient metalworking practices with a contemporary expression of design.

Constructed from fluid curves of laminated metal, these pieces are sculptural; their openings and niches offer both mysterious and functional purposes. Overlapping brass elements create a sense of depth and dimension, fusing structure and elegance.

The Táas Desk is constructed from patinated brass, with its curvatures offering a blend of the enigmatic and functional. Inspired by the steps and architectural columns of Mesoamerican constructions, the geometry of the piece is made of bent metal surfaces.
