The Humo Coffee Table combines a solid marble base with a cantilevered steel top to create a balance of weight and lightness.

Inspired by volcanoes, its form echoes the archetypal silhouettes of mountains and the flat mesas at their peaks.

The marble base is meticulously cut both transversally and along its sides, confining the raw stone within a geometric shape.

This process unveils the stone’s unique characteristics while forming a plateau-like tabletop that seamlessly integrates with the steel cover, creating either a rectangular or square shape.

Like its larger counterpart, the Humo Coffee Table embodies a tension between volumes and materials. A testament to the expertise of Mexican artisans, it blends the mastery of stonemasons with the precision of metalsmiths.
