Frédéric Rochette, armed with an architecture degree from the esteemed Ecole Nationale d’Architecture Paris Val de Seine, and Hervé Winkler, a graduate of the École Nationale supérieure d’Architecture de Versailles with dual expertise in architecture and interior design, form the powerhouse behind RoWin’Atelier.
